Our Story
Silt Solutions of TN is a professional storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) management company owned and operated by Jake Cyrus. I have been in the construction industry since 2011 with the last 7 years in erosion control consulting. My career started as a general laborer in construction after graduating from high school. From there, I worked my way up to being able to operate all types of heavy machinery such as skidsteers, bulldozers and off-road haul trucks. In 2014, I worked for an environmental company in Texas and after moving back to Tennessee in 2016, I decided to continue working in the environmental field. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to start my own company and became certified with a Level 2 EPSC Design certification through the University of Tennessee.
